Ex- Doctor Faces Sexual Assault Charges Against Thirty-Eight Patients
Legal authorities have stated that a former doctor now faces charges for performing assaults against thirty-eight individuals who were under his care.
Details of the Grave Charges
Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham is accused of dozens of acts of sexual assault – some of which involve some against minors under the age of thirteen – between 2017 and 2021.
One deputy chief CPS official stated, “Legal teams have diligently worked to assist a thorough and intricate investigation, carefully reviewing the evidence to establish that there is a strong case to proceed to trial and that it is in the interest of justice.”
The Police Inquiry
These allegations come after what investigators described as a “detailed inquiry” into alleged sexual offences at medical facilities: the Royal Stoke university hospital and Russells Hall hospital.
The defendant is scheduled to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January.

- 15 counts of sexual assault.
- Seventeen counts of assault by penetration.
